These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nutricart mobile application ("the App"), published by Ysamihal Labs (SASU), 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
Nutricart helps you generate personalized, budget-optimized grocery lists based on your goals, target macros and chosen supermarket. The App provides nutritional estimates, suggested products, quantities and estimated prices to help you plan your shopping.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be of the minimum age required in your country to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. The information you provide must be accurate.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Nutricart offers auto-renewing subscriptions, which may include a free trial period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. Nutrition and health disclaimer
Nutricart provides nutrition and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary or health advice. The macro targets, recommendations and lists generated by the App are estimates and should not replace the guidance of a qualified professional. Always consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
5. Prices and product data
Product information and nutritional values are partly sourced from third parties, including Open Food Facts and publicly available supermarket catalogs. Prices are estimates and may differ from those in store. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any product, price or nutritional value. Nutricart is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supermarket or brand referenced in the App; their names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt its security or operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party data and trademarks) are the property of Ysamihal Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ysamihal Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
